Terms of service

REFUNDS, RETURN & EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • If a problem occurs with your nails, we will fix them free of charge up to 7 days post original appointment, subject to availability. After 7 days there will be a small fee of £2 per gel polish/overlay and £4 per extension. Please book in for a fix appointment as soon as you can. please contact us if you can’t get an appointment within 7 days.

  • You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service.

  • We are not be responsible for any breaking, lifting or infected nails.

  • Re-fills over the prescribed maximum 2-3 weeks period will be charged an extra fee.

  • If you damage the original design a charge may apply for repairs.

  • We will not offer any fix because you have simply changed your mind.

  • At the point you walk out the salon, we assume you are happy with the service received.

  • We will re do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.

  • We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused.

CLIENT LATENESS

We cannot guarantee the service that has been booked to anyone who is over 10 minutes late and, in some instances, may not be able to honour the appointment at all, although we will try our best to fit you in. Please call us as soon as you know you will be late so we can do our very best to accommodate you.

Over 10 Minutes: Service will be subject to change; if you forfeit your appointment then you’ll be charged 100% fee

CLIENT CANCELLATIONS

24+ hours notice:  No Fee

Less than 24 hours notice:  50% of Appointment Charged

Client No Show:   100% of Pre-Booked Appointment Cost

REPEAT OFFENDERS

If you have no-showed more than twice then you will be charged 100% of pre-booked appointment cost, pre-pay all future appointments and receive a 3 month online booking ban.
